This time the discussion is on bloomers. They are usually worn for P.E along with a plain white shirt... please don't get this confused by the 19th century women's clothing.... Japan reinventing items of clothing for the better once again... The first time I saw this in anime I thought they were joking. Can't believe it's actual school attire. The hormone infested horror maze that is high school + this kind of clothing and the skirts omg. I seriously can't figure out whether to pity or envy the boys in Japan. I'd go positively insane.
